A bilateral-stimulation kit that anyone can inspect.

EMDRgear started as a therapist's request for a reliable tapper set that didn't cost $800, worked over video, and could be repaired. It's built by EMDRgear LLC in Texas, USA.

Designed with therapists

Every control on the page — speed, strength, pulse length, timer, the big STOP — came from watching sessions and asking what actually gets adjusted mid-set.

Built in the open

CAD and firmware are published. You can inspect exactly what the device does, print a replacement part, or improve it. Open hardware is how we earn trust in a room where trust matters.

Client autonomy first

The client always holds the STOP. Telehealth control exists only for as long as the client allows it, and nothing but device settings ever leaves their home.

Honest about where we are

This is iteration 1: USB-C powered, prototype hardware, no clinical claims. Battery power and wireless charging are next. We say "coming" when we mean coming.

Where we are today

Working prototype hardware exists and runs the full feature set on this site: two synced pods, light bar, phone control page and telehealth mode. We are taking reservations for the first production run; pricing and ship estimates go to the reservation list first. Nothing is charged until we're ready to ship.
