Shipping & returns

Reservation phase (now)

Nothing ships yet and nothing is charged. A reservation holds your place in the first production run. When we are ready, reservation holders receive an email with the final price, shipping cost to their country, and an estimated ship window. Only then do you decide whether to buy.

Ship date

We do not publish a target ship date. Kits are custom-built in small batches; we would rather tell you a real date by email than a guess on a web page.

Where we ship

We plan to ship worldwide. Tell us your country on the reservation form so we can quote shipping accurately. Import duties and taxes outside the USA are the recipient's responsibility unless the sale terms say otherwise.

Returns

Return and cancellation terms for purchased kits are stated in the sale terms you receive before paying. Reservations themselves can be cancelled at any time, free, by emailing hello@emdrgear.com.

Files-only tier

Digital files are delivered by download link. Because they cannot be "returned", the sale terms for files will describe the refund conditions before you pay.

Damage in transit

If a kit arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents before unpacking further and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will sort it out.
