Quick start, setup and support.

Everything here mirrors what ships in the box. Full build guide, wiring and print files are published to reservation holders first.

Quick start

1

Power both pods

Plug each pod into any USB-C charger or power bank. The motor buzzes once on boot.

2

Join the kit's Wi-Fi

On your phone, connect to the network EMDR-Controller (password printed on the quick-start card).

3

Open the control page

Go to http://192.168.4.1 in any browser. Wait for "Right pod: connected" (10–15 s after power-up).

4

Tap START

Runs continuously until STOP. Pick a preset, or set a set length of 4–60 movements to stop at the end of each set. Sliders stay live.

5

Add the light bar

Power the controller box; it joins automatically and shows "Light bar: connected". Toggle it and pick a colour.

Troubleshooting

"Right pod: NOT FOUND"

Give it 15 s after power-up. Both pods must be powered; the right pod joins the left pod's Wi-Fi. Power-cycle the right pod if it stays missing.

No taps but page says connected

Check Vibration strength — 10 % feels like nothing. Then confirm the motor wires are seated in the MOTOR A terminal.

Constant buzz at power-up

A driver input is floating. Every L9110S input must be wired to an ESP32 pin or GND (see wiring).

Light bar dark

Data wire must be on P32 at the DIN end of the strip (follow the arrows). Check 5 V and GND aren't swapped — the breakout labels mirror if the ESP32 is seated backwards.

Phone can't reach 192.168.4.1

Make sure the phone stayed on EMDR-Controller (some phones fall back to mobile data). Turn mobile data off for the session.

Telehealth stays "Joining…"

Re-enter the home Wi-Fi name and password on the Home Wi-Fi setup card. 2.4 GHz networks only.

Audio clicks arrive late on earbuds

Bluetooth earbuds play a fraction of a second behind. Open the Audio card and raise the Bluetooth delay until the click lands on the tap. Wired headphones need no adjustment.

No sound at all

Audio comes from the phone, not the kit — check the phone's own volume and that the earbuds are the selected output. Some browsers need one tap on the page before they will play sound.

Kit stops at the end of every set

That's a set length being on. Set it back to Continuous if you want stimulation to run until STOP.

Update didn't install

Updates only install while the kit is idle. Stop the session, leave the pods powered and on home Wi-Fi, then tap Update now.
