Two pods, one light bar, any phone.

EMDRgear is a bilateral-stimulation kit for EMDR sessions under the guidance of a trained therapist. Tactile taps alternate left and right, the light bar sweeps in time, and a click can alternate in the client's own earbuds — three channels off one clock. Everything is controlled from a web page the kit serves itself: no app, no account, and no cable to a computer for updates, ever.

The control page

Join the kit's Wi-Fi, open 192.168.4.1 and tap START. Stimulation runs continuously until you stop it, or in sets of 4–60 movements that end themselves for “what do you notice?”. Presets set the speed for the phase you're in; PAUSE freezes the sweep in place. Speed, vibration strength, pulse length, brightness and a session timer are live sliders; tappers, light bar, pod lights and audio toggle independently; six colours for the bar. The same page runs telehealth pairing and over-the-air updates.
